Important note about about the Health Mate 3 update
We are experiencing issues displaying the Air Quality and Temperature measurements from the Smart Body Analyzer in the Health Mateapp on iOS. The issue has been identified and will be fixed with an app update in the near future. In the meantime, you can track this data on the Health Dashboard using a web browser. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If your air quality measurements don't seem accurate, perform the following steps:

  1. If temperature measurements seem surprisingly low or high, make sure your scale is using the correct temperature unit.
You can check that in Settings > Units. You can find settings by selecting Profile within the Health Mateapp and then selecting the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
If you want to change the temperature unit, change it from the Settings and re-install your scale.
  2. If the CO2 level seems a bit high, make sure the room is properly ventilated by opening a window.

Note that you may notice differences between the temperature given by your scale and the one given by a thermometer. This is because your scale is directly on the floor, much lower than thermometers tend to be. It is therefore expected that the temperature given by your scale is lower.
