This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:

- Your Go has display or reboot issues 
- The screen of your Go is frozen



Your Withings Go has display or reboot issues

If the display of your Go isn't as good as it used to be, or if you experience frequent reboots, it may be a battery issue. In this case, try to replace the battery.

The screen of your Go is frozen

If your Go no longer responds when you press the screen, perform a hard reset by pressing the screen of your Go for 25 seconds until a star is displayed. After a few seconds, your Go should restart and display the tracking screen.

If nothing happens, try to replace the battery.
