To change your daily step goal, perform the following steps:
- Open the Health Mate app.
- Go to your Profile (last icon in the bottom bar).
- Scroll down to My Goals, then tap the Steps goal.
- Tap and slide the daily step goal up or down to select the goal you want.
- Tap OK.
If you're using a Nokia tracker, make sure you sync your device with the app so that your goal is taken into account.
