To change your daily sleep goal, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Go to your Profile (last icon in the bottom bar). 
  3. Scroll down to My Goals, then tap the sleep goal.
  4. Slide the weekly goal up or down to select the goal you want.
  5. Tap OK.

Note: From Health Mate version 4.0, 'Sleep goal' has been replaced by 'Sleep score'. Click here for more information.
