To change your daily sleep goal, perform the following steps:
- Open the Health Mate app.
- Go to your Profile (last icon in the bottom bar).
- Scroll down to My Goals, then tap the sleep goal.
- Slide the weekly goal up or down to select the goal you want.
- Tap OK.
