To change your daily sleep goal, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap a sleep item to display the sleep graph.
  3. Tap Goal.
  4. Tap and slide the daily sleep goal up or down to select the goal you want.
  5. Tap Save.

Note: From Health Mate version 4.0, 'Sleep goal' has been replaced by 'Sleep score'. Click here for more information.
