If you encounter any issue with your product, we are here to help. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of when your order was delivered to set up a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from when the order was delivered. For more information about our return policy, please see our General Terms and Conditions

To return your product for a refund, please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page. We will provide you with a return label as well as instructions for sending back your product. Please note that orders returned without a Withings-issued return label will not be accepted. 

To expedite your return, please ensure that you provide the following details when contacting us:  

  • The order number (MXXXXX) 
  • The reason for the return 
  • The serial number (MAC address) of each of the devices in the order
