If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days to contact us to arrange a return. After this time, you will no longer be able to return it to us. For more information about our returns policy, please see our General Terms and Conditions

To return your order, please contact our Customer Service by clicking on Contact us at the bottom of this page. We will send you a returns label as well as instructions about what you need to do. Please note that orders returned without a returns label will not be accepted. 

To speed up the process of dealing with your request, make sure you provide the following details:  

  • The order number (MXXXXX).
  • The reason for the return.
  • The serial number (MAC address) of each of the devices in the order. Click here for more information. 

If you wish to return your product for a reason other than that it is defective, you will need to pay the return postage costs. If you have experienced a technical issue with your product, you can visit the product’s page on our Help Center, or click on Contact us at the bottom of the page to contact our Support Team directly.
