How can I cancel my order?
At this time, it won't be possible to directly cancel your order after placing it. Please utilize our self-service return tool to begin a product return once the order has been shipped.
Can I change my address details?
At this time, it won't be possible to correct or edit your address once the order is placed.
Your package will be delivered to the address that you provided when you placed your order. If the carrier is unable to deliver the package to that address, it may be sent back to us or to the nearest post office. If the package is delivered to the nearest post office, it will be available there for pickup for 10 days. If it is not picked up after 10 days, it will be returned to us.

Can I change the products in my order?
No. Once an order is placed, the contents cannot be modified. Please utilize our self-service return tool to begin a product return once the order has been shipped if you no longer want the product.
