If the time displayed in your Go is not correct, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate® to sync your Go.
    You may have to refresh your Timeline by sliding your finger from top to bottom to trigger the synchronization.
  2. If the screen of your Go keeps rebooting for no apparent reason, try replacing the battery.
