You can sometimes experience app crashes or freezes, especially after an app update. Symptoms include crashes of the app when using certain features, or staying stuck on the blue start-up screen with the loading spinner on an infinite loop.
In case that ever happens, perform the following steps:
- Try killing the app and restarting it.
- Go to the online dashboard and make sure all your data is available there.
- If your data is not available on the online dashboard, please reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
- If your data is available on the online dashboard, delete the app and try reinstalling it.
