If badges are no longer unlocked, no matter how much you're walking, it's probably because your data isn't syncing with our servers. To fix this issue, perform the following steps:
- Make sure your mobile device can access the internet via Wi-Fi or 3G/4G.
- Log out from the app and then log back in.
Note: Only the elevation tracked by a Pulse OX or a Move ECG (which include an altimeter) are used to unlock the badges.
