You can check the status of your Withings order in three ways:
In the Order Summary confirmation email
This email is automatically sent to the Inbox of the email used to place the order.
- Locate the email with the subject "Withings: Your order summary | #MXXXXXXXXX."
- Open the email and click the See my order status button to view your order online.
- If you are not logged into your account when you click the link in the email, you will be directed to the Connected Account login page. Please follow the instructions in the relevant section below.
- If you don't have a Withings account yet and/or placed your order as a Guest, you will be directed to the Order Status page. Please follow the instructions in the relevant section below.
- You may need to check your Spam folder as well for order confirmation emails.
- Make sure the email address you entered when placing your order is correct.
On the Connected Account page
- Click here to access your Connected Account page.
- Click on My orders.
- Locate your order and select Details of my order.
Note: In order for your invoice to show on your Connected Account page, you must have made the order using your Withings account email.
On the Order Status page
- Click here to access the Order Status page.
- Enter your email address and order number and select Submit.
- You will receive an email with a link to view your order details.
- Select View my order to view the details of the order online.
What does my order status mean?
When you view your order status, you will see one of the following statuses:
|Your order has just been placed and the payment has been accepted. This status will typically change to Under Review within one hour. In this timeframe, you are still able to edit your address or cancel the order.
|Your order has been finalized on our end and is processing to ship. At this time it will not be possible to make any edits or cancellations on the order. Your order may remain in this status for an extended period of time, typically attributed to an issue with the payment method or address provided. If that is the case, please contact Customer Support by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
|Your order has shipped and should arrive within 2-5 business days.
|This status appears when your refund has been processed.
|This status appears when you have successfully canceled your order. If you did not cancel the order yourself, please contact Customer Support by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
If for any reason you cannot find your order number, reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
