You have the choice between three weight units: kilogram (kg), stone (stlb) and pound (lb). To change the units on your Body, perform the following steps:

1. Press the button at the back of your scale.
2. Press the button again to make the arrow point towards the right unit.
3. Press the button once more until the charging bar is complete.
4. Your weight unit is now settled.

Note for users that have bought their Body+ prior to April 2022: No long press is needed to validate your unit choice (Step 3). The unit change is confirmed a few seconds after you stop pressing the button.
