Adding data

You manually add temperature measurements, notes, symptoms, or medicine directly from your Measure tab. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Go to the Measure tab.
   
3. Select “+” on the top right of the page.
4. Select Temperature.
   
   
5. For manual temperature measurements, touch and drag the bubble to select the correct temperature and then select ✔.
   
   Your measurement will be visible on the Measure tab.
6. For notes, medicine, and symptoms, select the Body Temperature measurement card on the Measure tab. You will see today’s measurements.
7. Select the desired measurement under “Measurements” to add symptoms, notes or medicines.
8. Select Log more.
   
9. For symptoms, choose the appropriate symptoms and then select Save.
   
10. For medicines, enter the medicine name, select “+” and then Save to log the entry.
    Note: You can access recently used medicines under “Recents.”
11. For notes, select Notes, enter your note, and then select Save to log the entry
    

Deleting data

You can manually remove temperature measurements, notes, symptoms, or medicines directly from the Measure tab. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Go to the Measure tab. 
3. Select the temperature card.
   
4. Select the measurement you want to delete.
5. Select “...” at the top right of the page and then select Delete.

Note: You will not be able to retrieve your deleted data after following these steps.
