The Steel HR tracks:
- Your activity (walking, running and swimming)
- Your distance (for walking and running activities)
- Your number of calories burned
- Your heart rate:
- Measured every ten minutes by default
- Measured continuously during activities - Your sleep:
- Time it takes to fall asleep
- Duration
- Sleep cycles (light and deep sleep)
- Sleep interruptions
It does not track:
- Elevation
- SpO2
