The Steel HR tracks:

  • Your activity (walking, running and swimming)
  • Your distance (for walking and running activities)
  • Your number of calories burned
  • Your heart rate:
    - Measured every ten minutes by default
    - Measured continuously during activities
  • Your sleep:
    -Time it takes to fall asleep
    - Duration
    - Sleep cycles (light and deep sleep)
    - Sleep interruptions

It does not track:

  • Cycling
  • Elevation
  • SpO2
