Disclaimer: The elevated temperature detection feature is designed to indicate deviations from your typical temperature pattern and is not a medical thermometer. It should not be used to diagnose fever or any medical condition. For accurate temperature readings or health concerns, always use a clinical thermometer and consult a healthcare professional.
If you do not receive temperature data, please try the following:
- Check that the Temperature screen is enabled but following these steps.
- Make sure your watch is being properly worn:
- The watch is about 1 centimeter behind the wrist bone.
- The watch is being worn comfortably tight, with no space between the watch and the skin. - Make sure your watch and your wrist are clean and moisturized but not sweaty or overly wet.
Note: Excessively dry skin may result in failure to monitor your temperature. If necessary, wash and lightly dry off your hand before wearing your watch. You could also apply moisturizer to your hand to prevent dryness. - Make sure your allow up to 15 minutes for your watch to calibrate after putting it on.
- Reboot the watch by pressing and holding the button for 20 seconds and then allow the watch to calibrate for 15 minutes. After this period of time, check if the temperature screen on the watch now shows the temperature.
