What is TempTech24/7 and how does it measure temperature?
Our built-in TempTech 24/7 technology is able to track body temperature continuously, including overnight and during a workout. It is normal for your temperature to rise and fall at night as inflammatory responses are amplified to fight sickness or health problems. By following your temperature trends over the long term you can build better night time habits as well as stay on top of your fluctuations which may indicate the onset of an illness.
We have combined a breakthrough miniaturized heat-flux sensor (measuring energy transit) with a high accuracy temperature sensor (measuring ambient & skin temperature) alongside heart rate and accelerometer input calibration to deliver a best-in-class temperature variation assessment.
What is the respiratory rate and how is it measured?
Our respiratory rate measurements are taken thanks to a brand new PPG sensor, and gives our users an understanding of their resting breaths per minute.
