To update your ScanWatch Vitals, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Tap Devices.
3. Scroll to your ScanWatch Vitals.
4. Tap All settings.
   
5. Scroll down and tap Check for updates under the 'About' section.
   
6. Wait until the update is complete.
   
7. Tap Done.
