Note: We regularly offer updates to our devices' firmware that you can benefit from the latest features we add to our products. These new firmware updates are rolled out incrementally in batches. We ask for your patience as the firmware update reaches your device.

Normally devices will check for updates and install them automatically whenever they are synced with the Withings app. However, if for some reason that does not occur, you can manually update your device via the app.

To update any of your Withings' devices, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Tap the Devices icon in the upper right corner.
   
   
3. Scroll down to find your device.
4. Tap All settings.
   
5. Scroll down and tap Check for updates under the 'About' section.
   
6. Wait until the update is complete.
   
7. Tap Done.
