To export your Withings data into Health Connect, perform the following steps:
- Go to your Profile in the Withings App.
- Tap Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Tap Export health data to Health Connect.
- You will be prompted to connect with Health Connect. Tap Next to continue.
You will be prompted to go into your phone Settings > Edit Permissions > Withings to begin choosing the categories of Withings data to export into Health Connect.
- Toggle any data on or off that you want synced. Once the data has been selected, tap Allow.
- Allow a moment for the connection to complete and then tap Done.

Important:
- If you notice that Withings App and Health Connect are not synced anymore, please see our dedicated article for help.
- Steps that have been manually entered in Health Connect will not be imported to Withings App.
