If the language displayed on your scale is incorrect, perform the following steps:

  1. Remove the batteries for 60 seconds and insert them again.
  2. Dissociate the scale from your account by going to Devices > Body+ > Dissociate
  3. Make sure the language of your mobile device is correct.
  4. Install the scale again.
