If the language displayed on your scale is incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Remove the batteries for 60 seconds and insert them again.
  2. Dissociate the scale from your account by going to Devices > Body+ > Dissociate.
  3. Remove it from the known devices in your Bluetooth settings. 
  4. Make sure the language of your mobile device is correct.
  5. Install the scale again.
