Delivery status - updated on September 21st, 2020

Due to the public health policies currently in place to control the transmission of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), orders could be delayed.

As of September 21st, shipping times can be met in all the regions served. The delivery of your orders may be delayed by one or two days compared to what is expected. 

The Withings support team will keep delivery projections updated as new information is made available.
