This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:

  • Your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport is in Demo Mode
  • Your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport cycles through different screens on its own

If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, try to perform a factory reset. To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Settings of your mobile device, select Bluetooth and locate the watch in the list of devices. Select the small icon to the right of the watch and select the option to Forget or Remove the device. 
  2. Press and hold the button on the side of watch for 10 seconds. It will now show Display Exit.
  3. Press and hold the button on the side of the watch for 3 seconds until the words, Reset in 5 clicks appear on the screen
  4. Press the button on the side of the watch 5 times (the display will count down from 5 to 1 with each press).
    The watch will then show
  5. Try the installation process again.
