Please note that the sapphire glass of the ScanWatch is very strong and scratch-resistant, but can still be broken with sufficient force. While broken glass is not covered by our warranty, we encourage you to reach out to Customer Service here with a picture of the damage.

Also, we do not recommend polishing the glass of the watch.
