I'm new to Withings App

If you don’t already have a Withings App account, you have to create one in order to set up and use your Pulse HR.

To install your Pulse HR, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Tap Sign up.
   
3. Tap Trackers.
   
4. Tap Pulse HR.
   
5. Tap Install.
   
6. Press the button on the side of your Pulse HR and tap Next.
   
7. Tap Pair.
   
8. Enter the code displayed on your tracker and tap Pair.
   
9. Tap Next.
   
10. Enter your email address, password, and then confirm your password. Tap Next.
11. Enter your first name, surname (last name) and birthday. Tap Next.
12. Select your gender and enter your current height and weight. Tap Create.
13. Tap Next.
    
14. Tap Next twice to set your Activity Goals.
    
15. Tap and slide the daily step goal up or down to select the goal you want.
    
16. Tap OK.
17. Tap Next.
    
18. Tap Next to discover the Workout with GPS assist feature.
    
19. Tap Next to watch the tutorial.
20. Select Always Allow.
21. Tap Next to enable notifications on your tracker.
    
22. Tap Enable.
    
23. Select the apps notifications you want to activate and tap Next.
    
24. Tap Let's begin.
    Your Pulse HR is now activated.
    

I already have a Withings App account

If you have already a Withings App account, you can get started on the installation process. To do so, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Log in to your account, if you already have one, or create one.
3. Tap Devices.
4. Tap +.
   
5. Tap Trackers.
   
6. Tap Pulse HR.
   
7. Tap Install.
   
8. Press the button on the side of your Pulse HR and tap Next.
   
9. Tap Pair.
   
10. Enter the code displayed on your tracker and tap Pair.
    
11. Tap Next.
    
12. Select the user who will be using the Pulse HR.
13. Tap Done.
    
14. Tap Next twice to set your Activity Goals.
    
15. Tap and slide the daily step goal up or down to select the goal you want.
    
16. Tap Next.
    
17. Tap Next to discover the Workout with GPS assist feature.
    
18. Tap Next to watch the tutorial.
19. Select Always Allow.
20. Tap Next to enable notifications on your tracker.
    
21. Tap Enable.
    
22. Select the apps notifications you want to activate and tap Next.
    
23. Tap Let's begin.
