To access the tutorials, open your Withings App and go to the Devices tab. Look for the ScanWatch section and tap Tutorials.
Once the setup is done, you can start exploring ScanWatch's features. Let's begin with some technical details:
- Navigation
Tap How to Navigate ScanWatch and learn how to use the crown of your watch. - Notifications
Tap Activate Notifications to access the notifications settings. You will be able to choose the notifications you want to receive on your ScanWatch, both from app and from Withings App.
Now, let's proceed with health features:
- Electrocardiogram
Tap Take your first Electrocardiogram to learn how to perform an ECG. Through the tutorial, you will also be presented with indications for use. You need to accept and activate them to go on.
Important note for US users: the ECG feature is only available upon approval. Follow this dedicated tutorial to request access. - Irregular heartbeat*
Tap Learn more about irregular heartbeat* episodes to understand how ScanWatch detects. Through the tutorial, you will also be presented with indications for use. You need to accept and activate them to go on. - Oxygen Saturation (SpO2)
Tap Take your first Oxygen Saturation measurement to discover the SpO2 feature. Through the tutorial, you will also be presented with indications for use. You need to accept and activate them to go on. - Respiratory scans
Tap Configure breathing disturbances scans to learn more about sleep tracking and breathing disturbances during sleep. - Activity
Tap Set your activity goals to put down your daily steps goals and workout regularity. - Workouts
Tap Learn more about workouts & GPS to discover how to launch the workout mode and allow Withings App to access your location. Please keep in mind that without your location, you will not be able to track your outdoor workouts with GPS.
Note: Should you skip the tutorials at first, you can always come back later in the Devices tab of your Withings App.
