Prices are now displayed including tax. As of 09/11, UK destinations are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the product price and there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery.

Now, new standard and express delivery fees will apply:

• 8£ incl. VAT for standard delivery orders
• 12£ incl. VAT for express delivery orders
• Free standard shipping from 89£ in the UK
• Free express shipping from 499£ in the UK

Starting on January 1st, 2021, tax management is changing on withings.com and may impact customers. Here is what you need to know.

Prices are now displayed excluding tax. Up until now, the prices of our products were displayed including a 20% sales tax. This tax will not be part of the displayed price on the website and will be calculated during checkout.

A £135 threshold is now in effect. Different rules will apply to your order, depending on its amount:

• Below £135, a 20% sales tax will be collected on checkout. No additional fees are expected to be applied to the order.
• From £135, no tax will be collected by Withings. Subsequent customs fees and duties may apply to your order.
