Withings exports the workouts launched from your Withings tracker (Withings ScanWatch, Move, Move ECG, Steel HR / Steel HR Sport, Pulse HR) to your Strava account.
Strava imports the distance travelled during your workouts through a Strava screen displayed on your Withings tracker (ScanWatch, Steel HR / Steel HR Sport or Pulse HR). Note that your Withings tracker should be updated to the latest version. After the Withings App update, it may take a few days for your tracker update to be available to you within the app.
