If you need to reset your watch to factory settings in order to solve your issue, please perform the following steps:

Note: Make sure that you remove the watch from your account in the Health Mate app by going to the Devices tab, selecting your watch, and tapping Dissociate this product then Remove from my account.

  • Press the button on the back of the watch with the tool 5 times. Your watch will vibrate each time you press the button.
  • On the 5th time, you should feel the watch vibrate 2 times. This means that your watch has been reset to factory settings.
  • Once this is done, please set up the watch again.
