Factory resetting your device allows you to delete all data stored on it.
Important:
- Resetting your device will not delete data already synced to the Withings app.
- All data that has not been synced before resetting your device will be permanently lost.
- The reset process is the same for Move and Move ECG.
Here's how to reset Move ECG:
- Open the Withings App.
- Tap your Devices in the upper right.
- Find your device and scroll down to the very bottom.
- Tap Dissociate this product and then Remove from my account.
Note: If you don't see the device in your devices section, simply skip to step 5. - Go to your mobile device's settings, select Bluetooth, and locate your Move ECG in the list of paired devices. Remove it from the list of connected devices.
- Press and hold the button on the side of the watch.
Caution: Training mode will appear for about a second, but keep the button pressed until the watch vibrates twice. - Once the watch has vibrated twice, release the button. The activity needle on the watch will then move to 50%.
- Press the button on the watch 5 times. Each time you press the button, the activity needle moves closer to 0%.
Important: Between each click, it is important to allow time for the activity hand to move so that it can get a little closer to 0%. - When the activity hand reaches 0%, the watch vibrates and the hour and minute hands move to 10:10.
- The watch is now reset.
