I'm new to Health Mate

If you don’t already have a Health Mate account, you have to create one in order to set up and use your Sleep.

To install your Sleep, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Health Mate app.
2. Tap Get started.
3. Tap Sleep sensors.
4. Tap Sleep.
5. Tap Install.
6. Place Sleep entirely under your mattress. You can also place it between the mattress and mattress topper/pad.
7. Tap Next three times.
8. Plug Sleep using the provided adapter.
9. Tap Next.
10. Tap Pair (iOS only).
11. Tap Pair again (iOS only).
12. Enter your email and password. Tap Create.
13. Enter your first name, surname and birthday.
14. Select your gender and enter your height and weight. Tap Next.
15. Tap Next again.
16. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to use or tap Choose a different network.
17. Tap Next.
    The calibration of your Sleep starts. This step can last up to 10 minutes during which a buzzing sound can be heard. We recommend that you do not sit on the bed during the process. You will receive a notification in the Home tab of the Health Mate app once the calibration process is over.
18. Tap Next.
19. Tap Done.

I already have a Health Mate account

If you have already a Health Mate account, you can get started on the installation process. To do so, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Health Mate app.
2. Log in to your account, if you already have one, or create one.
3. Tap Devices.
4. Tap +.
5. Tap Sleep sensors.
6. Tap Sleep.
7. Tap Install.
8. Place Sleep entirely under your mattress. You can also place it between the mattress and mattress topper/pad.
9. Tap Next three times.
10. Plug Sleep using the provided adapter.
11. Tap Next.
12. Tap Pair (iOS only).
13. Tap Pair again (iOS only).
14. Tap Next.
15. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to use or tap Choose a different network.
16. Tap Next.
