Once you’ve set up your Sleep, you can effortlessly track your sleep heart rate. All you have to do is lay in bed: it will do the rest on its own.
You can retrieve your night heart rate measurements collected by your Sleep in the Home or Measure tabs in the Withings App.
Your average sleep heart rate is displayed at the bottom of your sleep graph. Tap on See my trend to have more details.
Notes:
- Sleep is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
- Sleep heart rate data does not sync to Apple Health.
- Sleep tracks continuously heart rate to be finally averaged over the minute.
- Sleep is able to measure between a minimum heart-rate of 38bpm and a maximum of 110bpm.
