Occasionally, you may have issues accessing your data on your Online Dashboard, or can you see your data in the Withings App but not on the Online Dashboard.
The issue most likely comes from your web browser's cookies and browsing data. To have access to your data in the Online Dashboard, you have to delete all browsing data from your web browser related to withings.com.
To clear your browsing data in Google Chrome, please follow these steps:
- Access the Settings of your web browser.
- Select the Privacy or Security settings.
- Select Clear browser data.
- Select the data you want to clear, including cookies.
- Refresh the Online Dashboard webpage and log back in.
To clear your browsing data in Safari, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy.
- Select Manage Website Data.
- To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all.
- A new dialogue box will open. Click Remove Now.
- Wait a few moments, then click Done.
- Close the dialogue box.
- Refresh the Online Dashboard webpage and log back in.
