Activity Reminder, also known as an inactivity alert, sedentary alert, sedentary reminder, move reminder, or stand-up reminder, will notify you when you have been sitting, lying down, or inactive for too long, alert you during long periods of inactivity, and remind you to move and bring movement into your body throughout the day.
Activity Reminder’s main function is to help you reach your daily step goal but is often used as a general reminder to stay active, especially when you sit down for work. If the feature is activated, ScanWatch will be able to detect the lack of movement and will notify you about it, encouraging you to bring movement into your body.
