How is Withings+ Protect activated?

• To activate Withings+ Protect, you must purchase a new Withings product and install it to your Withings app within 60 days of purchase.
• Coverage applies to eligible Withings products associated with your account†, as long as your paid Withings+ membership remains active*.
• Your new device must be installed within 60 days of its first installation date to activate coverage.
• Coverage also applies to other eligible devices already on your account.
• If your subscription lapses with Withings+ Protect active, it will automatically reactivate when you resubscribe.

*Withings Protect+ and its lifetime warranty service is available only while you hold an active, paid Withings+ Membership. If your membership is cancelled or expires, Withings Protect+ coverage will end at the same time. Complimentary or promotional memberships do not qualify. Withings Protect+ applies in addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected. Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship — accidental damage, loss, theft, cosmetic wear and normal battery depletion are not covered.
