If you are only receiving weight measurements on your scale and none of the unique metrics of your scale, please try the following:
Make sure that your scale is charged or has more than 5% battery life remaining.
Make sure that your Profile information is correct, including age, weight, and height.
Check if Weight-Only, Pregnancy, or Eyes Closed Mode is enabled on your scale by going to Devices > Your Scale > Modes.
Make sure that you have the desired screens enabled on your scale by going to Devices > Your Scale > Customize screens.
Make sure you are being recognized as the correct user and that the latest weight measurement is assigned to the correct user.
Confirm if there are any error messages at the end of the measurement cycle or if the features are simply not displayed at all.
If you have a scale with a handle, please use the handle when taking a measurement; otherwise, you will only receive weight measurements when stepping on the scale.
