The BodyScan 2's handle is used during several measurements for added accuracy, and some, (like the 6-lead ECG) for vital measurement components. However, there are several measurements that don't require the handle's usage in order to sync with the app.
During a daily scan or longevity scan, if you opt to leave the handle in its cradle, you will still receive the following measurements:
- Weight
- BMI
- Pulse Wave Velocity
- Nerve Response Score
The following measurements that require the handle to record and/or sync with the app:
- 6-Lead ECG
- SpO2
- Segmental Body Composition
- Heart + Vascular Age
The Handle Stand:
The handle stand is a helpful accessory for users who may have an issue bending down. It keeps the handle at waist height for ease of access, as pictured:
