If your Body Comp doesn’t recognize you when you weigh in, your weight measurements will be listed as unknown measurements.

Please follow these steps to access your unknown measurements:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Select Devices.
   
3. Select Unknown measurements underneath the scale.
   
4. Select the measurement.
   
5. Select the user to whom it will be assigned.
