I bought the BPM connect in July. It worked well, but recently will not sync with the app at all. Bluetooth shows the device and phone are connected, and Wi-Fi says it is connected, but no sync. I tried to update the firmware from 1261, but says I’m up to date. I cycled “Airplane mode”, unpaired Bluetooth and repaired, and app firmware is 5.12.1
Can you help me?

Hi, i bought my BPM connect in September 2022 and got firmware version 671 installed. No update is offered for me either...

I am also on Firmware version 1261. I've seen that 1501 is available. But so far, my device doesn't update.

Let me clarify things a bit. On the website, it shows me as being on Firmware 1501. In the app, it shows me as Software version 1261. I'm just a bit confused. I thought the app would show my devices Firmware version.
