Hello Can I turn the product off in the day at the plug to save electric and turn it back on in night when I go to sleep? Does this mess up anything? Kind Regards Jon

    Hi Jon,

     

    You can "turn off" your Sleep Analyzer by unplugging it during the day. Just make sure to do it after your data from your previous night have synced into Health Mate. Also, make sure your Sleep Analyzer has recalibrated itself before going to bed.
