Need to untangle my husband’s weight measurements from mine.

I recently reinstalled my scale because it has stopped syncing. As part of my process I deleted a duplicate account, but now all of my husband’s weight measurements are mixed up south my own. The table looks like a bouncing ball, up and down. How do I separate my own from his? He never had an account and I didn’t think his measurements were being saved, he doesn’t use the app, just weighs himself daily as if it was a traditional scale.

    Hello @dianasajer,

     

    Thank you for your question. You can remove all the users except you from your Body+ by following the steps indicated here.

     

    Please note that if your husband is not recognized anymore by your Body+, he will only see his weight. Other measurements such as the body composition and the heart rate won't be available for him. If he wants to see them, he can create his own Health Mate account and install the scale on his account and phone. If you have similar weights, you will be able to select the correct user when weighing yourself by leaning on your right or left side.
