My husband is an additional user on my account at Withings.com.  When he takes his BP, it records it under his name at Withings.com but does not sync to his health mate account.  How can I fix this?

    Hi @ptownsend,

     

    Thanks for posting. Did your husband create his own Health Mate account? If that's the case, it's normal that he doesn't receive his data on his account because they are going instead to his profile created on your own account. This means that you can see the data on your account but he can't see them on his account as they are two different, independent, accounts.
