    Thankyou Armelle. I discovered that the back of the watch was loose when it would not connect with the charging station. When I looked closely I could see that the back was not fitting tightly to the watch. There was some movement, and I could carefully lift the back a few millimetres and see that it is secured only by wires. This is something that has just happened over time.

    Hi Amelle,

    I resized the image of my watch and then was able to copy it in to the post.

    What I really need to know is if you have service centres in Sydney.

    If not, I will take it to my local watchmaker to see if he can glue the back on.

    I need to get the back secured so that I can recharge the watch.
