    Thanks for posting. Could you please tell me if you've installed your BPM Connect in Wi-Fi or in Bluetooth? Also, are you using an Android or an iOS device?

    I have issues with the device. BPM connect. It doens't sync with my app. I have to workout back to reconnecting using check for updates and then the sync happens. Can you help regarding the same. Trying to search the contact email address for service. Couldn't find so came to forum. Hope you will reconnect with me via my email address. Thank you

    I have the same issue. I have tried it with the both the wifi connection and the Bluetooth turned on. I haven’t figured out how to disable the wifi connection. Selecting I don’t have wifi didn’t seem to make a difference. I have done the airplane mode toggle and reset the phone. Thanks for your help!

    I think this is related to the new firmware update. This never happened before this update. For me is intermittent. I did factory reset and hopefully will get better. Please forward this issue to the Dev team.

    My BPM Connect seems to be empty all of a sudden. I still had 51% on my watch and when I wanted to take a new measurement it said it was empty: 0% and red light! What can I do?

    This is becoming frustrating. Have to manually add data in the app. In today's evening, 2 measurements did not get saved...
