Withings ScanWatch: back case open

The back of my scan watch has come off and I am unable to secure it back on. Can you please advise how to resolve this problem. Watch is fully working, but clearly I can’t continue to wear the watch with the back not secure. Thank you

    Hello exactly the same happend with my Scanwatch. Back cover just  open now  after charging
