    Hello Withings crew.

This is a very great update.  As athlete my resting pulse at night is around 38 bpm.

With the new function i have now a life saver at night  if my heart goes below my setting 35 BPM.

Just an important question. Is the watch keeping checking the HR pulse every 10 minutes?

Maybe this time frame for this option is a bit too wide. It would be more a life saver if the watch checks every 2 or at least every 5 minutes the pulse. I don’t mind some less battery with this function on.

Anyway i wish team withings all the best for 2023 and hope the HRV function will be in the next Big update.

    Best regards.

    Stephan

Since I updated the software to version 2651 the "Respiratory Disorders" function does
not work well. In fact, I've always been in the green zone but now I'm always in
the yellow zone and a "to be reviewed" message about the measure comes out

After I updated it I'm not getting SpO2 readings. It says Inconsistent about 80% of the time I activate a reading manually. It was fine before. What changed?

you may need the app if you don't have it,, on your phone. if wrong, then maybe someone else can answer.

    Hey @retiredat44,
I have the app installed and activated throughout. Even when I go into the settings and check for an update, it says my firmware is up to date.

I own a Scanwatch. It's stuck on an earlier build. Can I do a force update?

Same issue as above @cpuig66 and @guinness.squirrel.

Just bought a ScanWatch on Amazon (apparently a returned Model: HWA09, release year 2020). I checked the installed firmware version in the iOS App but also directly on the info screen of the watch itself: 2421. I tried to update the firmware to 2651. Despite several update attempts, the firmware does not update to 2651; it remains 2421 (watch info and app) though the HealthMate app tells me that my watch is "up-to-date". I am using the most recent iOS HealthMate app version (15.6.1).

Is the new firmware update 2651 no backward compatible with earlier ScanWatch models?

If there is a backward compatibility issue, what is the hardware cut-off date/model?

Forget about HRV for Scanwatch, to be honest I'm concerned about Withings keeping their latest promise about HRV for the Scanwatch 2. They promised it in Sept, Oct then the last quarter of 2023, then the end of 2023 and now its just 'early 2024'. I don't think I've come across a company who have a product with such promise who just don't seem to listen or even care about their customers. I'm going to hang on to the SW2 for a few months then flog it if they don't keep their promises (again).
