Shipping to Canada

I would like to order the BPM Connect and when I enter my country (Canada) I get a red message that says "This product cannot be shipped in your country." The FAQs on the Withings website definitely say that they ship to Canada, and I notice that the wording of the message says cannot be shipped IN your country, not cannot be shipped TO your country. Just wondering if this just means that the shipping won't originate in Canada but will come from the US.

Has anyone else had any problems shipping to Canada?

Hello @delsue28 and @trepanim,

Thanks for posting and commenting. We currently don't ship our BPMs to Canada, as they are not yet cleared for use over there. I do not have an ETA regarding the availability of our BPMs in your country but we will keep you posted on the Forum.
