    I’m having a similar issue after updating to firmware 1501 last night. I suspect the problem is that my readings aren’t being assigned to my profile (my name no longer appears after taking my BP). I tried following the published instructions to assign the reading, but all that happens when I press the button to “validate” it, is that the cuff just turns off. So there’s no way to assign a reading, and no way to get it to sync.

    Hello, I am having similar issues. None of my readings have been synced from the device.  I had to enter a reading manually today because my device is not syncing.  Please advise on what is going on.
