I've lost 40kg apparently! overnight.
The scale seems to want me to stand on my right foot- based on the arrows. Cant help but wonder what happened to the sensors.
I moved the device to a different part of my home to avoid any imbalances (the previous spot was on tiles so i wondered if a very very small difference in height was affecting things) - and instead got this issue.

I'm sorry to hear that your Body+ is showing a sudden decrease of your weight. In order to solve this, could you please:
1) Make sure that you use the carpet feet if your Body+ is placed on a carpet. If it's placed on a hard floor, do not use the carpet feet.
2) Remove the batteries from the scale for 60 seconds and then reinsert them.
3) Place the scale on a hard floor, wait 10 seconds, and then weigh yourself. It is important that you wait 10 seconds after placing down or moving the scale before weighing yourself as the scale needs several seconds to calibrate. You must also wait 10 seconds in between each weigh-in so that it can recalibrate.
If the situation persists, please email us via http://within.gs/help. Before doing so, try putting an object of known weight (weighing at least 15 pounds or 7 kilograms) on the surface of your Body+ and let us know in your email what weight the scale displays.

Yes apparently I have lost 50kg overnight as well, not at all happy with my scales as hardly used. I am also unable to find a contact number for Withings in Sydney Australia. It looks like this will be the last Withings product I purchase!
